Alien Telescope Archive is a Mini-Exhibition of my latest work at the
Cre8ery Gallery 2nd Floor 125 Adelaide Street Winnipeg Manitoba Canada
The work in this series continues on from my last group show Dancing Skies. I am continuing to explore responding to images from various space telescopes.
The images with Alien View as part of the title are responses to the website StellarPhysicsHub which offers a tool for exploring constellations from different points of view. From these simple coloured dot 3D maps I chose a shape that interested me. Then I chose colours and geometry from other images, and using the flow of watercolours, sometimes directed, sometimes random, I created these Alien Views.
Other images are also selected colours and geometry from other images combined with watercolour accidents and manipulations but are not based on the StellarPhysicsHub 3D maps
